Following a successful Spring Release, the John Anthony team is thrilled to welcome exciting summer menu offerings like the Caviar and Bubbles Tasting.
This stunning Caviar and Bubbles Tasting experience includes premier sustainable Kaluga hybrid caviar from The Caviar Co., elegantly complemented by the exclusive La Dame Michele sparkling wine program. Taste through a flight of three unique sparkling wines, culminating in the ultra-limited, estate-grown 2017 La Dame Michele Single Vineyard Blanc de Blanc. Each sip is perfectly paired with a sidecar of kettle chips served with house-made French onion dip garnished with fried shallots, pickled red onions, and a sprinkle of onion powder.

This intimate dinner is tailored for a select group of no more than ten guests. Immerse yourself in an unparalleled private dining experience showcasing previously sold-out selections sourced from John’s personal cellar. Seize this rare opportunity to savor a gourmet culinary menu crafted by our Estate Chef, formerly of the French Laundry.
