For each vintage, only a select number of barrels are chosen for John’s Reserve wines. Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, and Chardonnay are meticulously evaluated, with the most exceptional barrels set aside for extended aging in new French oak prior to release.

John refers to these Reserve wines as his “best in show” for each vintage. While vineyard sources may vary year to year, the intent remains constant: to craft wines of remarkable complexity, quality, and structure.
