“The La Dame Michele Blanc de Mélange is the third release from our sparkling wine series. A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, this sparkling has backbone and body, supple fruit and a fragrant delicacy that will age beautifully. With a light peach hue, the Blanc de Mélange’s color matches its stone fruit aromas along with a bouquet of chrysanthemum and chamomile. The palate has energetic focus, creamy bubbles and structured fruit and spice. Pluots, white strawberries, ginger and French toast intertwine with notable balance. The finish is bright, rich and dry and is the most complex La Dame Michele to date.”

“Our inaugural release of this Blanc de Blanc sparkling wine from predominantly Chardonnay. Orchard fruit and dried lemon aromas intermingle with fresh walnut and wild white flowers. The texture is broad for a dry sparkling wine and precise in its effervescence. On the palate baked pear and apple persist with citrus pith and fig as backdrop. Almond crepe and honeycomb provide a balance of flavors that linger in a long finish. This is our most serious sparkling wine to date.”
