2016 John Anthony Oak Knoll District Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting Notes:
"From our Twisted Oak hillside vineyard and neighboring vineyards on the valley floor. Dark briar fruit, spiced pie crust and crushed gravel aromatics confirm its continued refinement even from last vintage. Macerated red and black berries, ripe fig, caramel flan and dried potpourri showcase round fruit and notable spice. The wine is both strong and supple in its tannins with a distinctly acidic backbone that gives way to a lengthy finish."
