“This single vineyard Merlot is an outstanding example of Oak Knoll District quality.  This vintage offers big, juicy plum outlined by savory herb with elegant red and black currant undertones. Mint and cocoa powder classically assert themselves in this vintage, showing the incredible character in some of the oldest vines in the John Anthony portfolio. This Merlot is beautiful and continues to exhibit an old-world charm."

Packs a very memorable punch for a Merlot, explosive fruity flavor up front and smooth (vanilla?) finish. My GF and I absolutely love it, best Merlot we've had!
