2015 John Anthony Oak Knoll District Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting Notes:
"Hands down the best vintage of this wine we have produced to date. As the vines continue to mature, so does the quality and character of the fruit. The perfume of red fruit, roses and incense is both powerful and delicate. The wine shows more structure than it ever has and maintains its soft, silky texture. Chocolate covered cherries, cassis and a potpourri of blue and purple flowers command the palate, yet there is a subtle spice that pervades throughout. This could be the best wine in the spring portfolio and will continue to evolve beautifully."
