Ripe pear, pink grapefruit and kiwi in the nose fold in to similar flavors that lead to tropical fruit, peach and a very pleasant and creamy lemongrass and citrus.  Finishes with  notes of candied pear and orange blossom striking the right balance of body, fruit and acidity.

Enticing aromatics of honeydew and asian pear in the nose lead to a luscious and rounded mouthfeel, showing ripe peach, nectarine and guava with a kick of roasted Meyer lemon and a zing of spice, finishing with balanced acidity with nuances of perfectly ripened tropical fruit.

The Church Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is grown on an amazing site in Carneros. The property boasts a church build in the late 1800’s that was relocated to its current site from the East coast in 2001. In 2011 we left a select few rows of Sauvignon Blanc on the vine to go undergo, "Noble Rot" and become intensely concentrated. This allowed our team to create a small amount of wine that shows off its sweetness and has underlying citrus and tropical fruit flavors.

Attractive aromas of dark berry, red berry, red and black licorice make way to flavors of huckleberry, dried cherry, anise and roasted coffee.  Integrated with ripe and nutty tannins, it's cedary oak and cigar box notes leave you with a plush and silky lingering finish.

Enticing aromas of plum and blueberry with hints of black pepper lead into intense blackberry and bright plum notes on the front pallet.  Defined in the mid pallet by rich, plush, silky flavors of black cherry and dark berry fruit intertwined with hints of cedar, tobacco and spicy current.  The Oak Knoll District Cabernet is a remarkably elegant and polished, deep and persistent, gliding along with seamless texture and a long, saturating finish.

Aromas of ripe, complex currant and plum lead to layered berry, mineral and sage on the pallet.  Delicately complex at first, building power and richness into plush and full-bodied plum, black cherry and wild berry fruit shaded by nuances toasty oak.  Pure, rich and focused with a supple, graceful mix of ripe fruit that is both rich and elegant, graceful and balanced, ending with a long, finish of chewy yet polished tannins.
