The 2016 John Anthony Vineyards Oak Knoll District Cabernet Sauvignon represents a distinctive chapter in our winemaking history. One of the last vintages produced under the Oak Knoll District designation before transitioning to individual vineyard expressions, this wine brings together Cabernet Sauvignon from three exceptional vineyard sites: Twisted Oak, R&D, and Epps.

Crafted from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and aged for 28 months in new French oak, just 197 cases were produced. A decade later, the wine has evolved beautifully, revealing a velvety texture, bright red and black fruit, delicate notes of vanilla, warm baking spices, and soft, integrated tannins.

A rare opportunity to revisit an earlier expression of John Anthony Vineyards and appreciate the elegance and complexity that ten years of aging can bring.
