"This fourth release of the multi-vintage La Dame Michele is from chardonnay. Bright citrus aromas of key lime and lemon peel comingle with undertones of jasmine, water flowers, toasted almond, beeswax. Wonderfully dry with bracing acidity. Green apple, grapefruit and Asian pear on the palate. The lively mousse and persistent bead are elegant. This sparkling finishes with minerality and a hint of brioche."
