2011 "Church Vineyard" Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc
The Church Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is grown on an amazing site in Carneros. The property boasts a church build in the late 1800’s that was relocated to its current site from the East coast in 2001. In 2011 we left a select few rows of Sauvignon Blanc on the vine to go undergo, "Noble Rot" and become intensely concentrated. This allowed our team to create a small amount of wine that shows off its sweetness and has underlying citrus and tropical fruit flavors.
