Coombsville Vineyard is a small four-acre estate that yields bold and expressive fruit. Head-trained, spur-pruned, and dry-farmed, the vines produce a limited amount of fruit with exceptional quality–a true standout in our exclusive single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon collection. Raspberry liqueur, savory spiced dark fruit, cocoa nibs, crushed violet and graphite. Ten years after its release, it is still powerful but now exhibits a delicacy indicative of its world class heritage. There is an old-world quality to the wine’s texture. The tannins remain compact with softened edges. The acidity continues to uplift in a lengthy finish."
